Subcontractors are required to furnish performance and payment bonds in the full amount of their subcontract by an admitted surety and subject to approval by Ortiz. Ortiz will pay bond premium up to 1.5%.Subcontractor shall meet all Caltrans Insurance requirements and provide Worker Compensation Wavier of Subrogation.
