Three miles of State Route 219 in Modesto was converted
from a two-lane highway to a four-lane expressway between
SR-99 and Chapman Road, funded by Proposition 1B. 2.7 miles of SR-99 in Atwater were converted
from a four-lane expressway to a six-lane freeway,
funded by Proposition 1B.
