Requirements: Steelhead Constructors, Inc. (Steelhead) will be bidding the referenced project as a prime contractor. Plans and specifications for this project may be viewed on the Caltrans Website, at your local builder?s exchange and are available for review in our office. If you require additional information regarding the requirements of the contract, please don?t hesitate to call our office.
