Services needed: Chumo Construction, Inc. Chumo will work with interested subcontractors/suppliers to identify opportunities to break down items into economically feasible packages.
Requirements: Chumo Cosntruction Inc. (Chumo) is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, Cement Masons and Carpenters unions. 100% performance and payment bonds may be required for the full amount of subcontract price. Chumo will pay for bond premium up to 1.5%. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor's license, insurance and workers compensation coverage meeting Chumo's requirements and/or the owner's requirements and will be required to sign the standard AGC Subcontract Agreement. A copy of the insurance requirements and agreement can be obtained by contacting the estimator. Chumo requires the subcontractors and suppliers price quotes be provided at a reasonable time prior to the bid deadline to enable a complete evaluation. Plans and specifications are available for viewing, by appointment only, at our office located at 14425 Joanbridge Street, Baldwin Park, CA.
