Bidders Inquiries

The information provided in the responses to bidder inquiries is not a waiver of Section 2-1.03, “Examination of Plans, Specifications, Contract, and Site of Work,” of the Standard Specifications or any other provision of the contract, nor to excuse the contractor from full compliance with the contract. Bidders are cautioned that subsequent responses or contract addenda may change a previous response.

North Region Construction (District 1, 2, and 3)

All Dist 1, 2, and 3 projects use the new bidder inquiry system, accessible through the bid advertisement listings. Minor B contracts (under $250,000) will still use the North Region inquiry site.

Central Region (Districts 5, 6, 9 and 10)

Starting on October 31, 2011, all Dist 5, 6, 9, and 10 projects will use the new bidder inquiry system, accessible through the bid advertisement listings. The link above is only for inquiries for projects advertised prior to October 31 and Minor B projects (under $250,000).
