Inquiry #2: The plans show that the channel removals at locations 6 and 8 to be HMA. Please clarify if Bid Item 15 for 27 CY is for HMA removal in these areas and that these specific removals are not part of Roadway and/or Ditch Excavation.

Inquiry #8: For Bid item 23 (Rock Blanket) there is a quantity for 1800 SQYD. The plans summary sheet shows it to be at location 11 only. No dimensions are given for the rock blanket shown for the annotated just north of the west side slope paving, but it scales off at about 1,200 SF. Is this bid item strictly for Location 11 “Rock blanket” or for all rock blanket inlays at new slope paving for locations 7,10,11,13,14,16,17,18 (detail on Sheet C-1)?

Inquiry #10: The cost breakdown for Highway Planting indicates there is 329 CY'ds of mulch. Plan Sheet 48 PP-1 only shows 33 CY'ds.
Is there additional mulch to be installed at another location(s)?
