Inquiry #1: Traffic Chart #1 indicates that at least (2) adjacent through freeway lanes must be left open in the direction of travel. There are only (3) mainline travel lanes over this bridge. Leaving (2) lanes open at all times means that no work c an take place in lane #2. This also appears to violate Special Provision #12-4.04A, which states "if work including installing, maintaining, and removing Type K temporary railing is to be performed within 6 feet of the adjacent traffic lane, close the adjacent traffic lane."

The adjacent ramp lanes seem to be too close and too short to allow use as a mainline crossover.
