Inquiry #3: There does not appear to be a trench paving detail for Item 44 which is a 24" RCP Pipe (DS 7d) which crosses the NB lanes. Will the trench repair be the same section as the existing road?

Construction Detail C-4 shows, what looks like, a concrete cutout of 56'1", Barrier System's drawing BSI-1211015-AP shows a concrete cutout of 59'4". Does this matter?

Inquiry #6: Does an electrical conduit, directionally drilled under the freeway require a sleeve? If so what size is the sleeve to be compared to the conduit and what type of material is to be used for the sleeve? type 1 or type 3?

Inquiry #7: It is our understanding that Caltrans Headquarters is going to make changes to the new Section 39 specification regarding binder content tolerances and HMA plant set point. Will these changes be incorporated into this project?
