Inquiry #1: There is no HMA bid item. How is payment made for the HMA paving around the ADA ramps?

Response #1:There is no HMA paving around the curb-ramps. Removal of any concrete gutter should be done by saw cutting (as shown on the plans) without damaging the adjacent asphalt pavement if any.

Inquiry #4: How deep is the Aerially Deposit Lead since excavations may vary and may affect other work too? Please clarify.

Response #1:Excavations will be 3 to 10 inches deep from top of existing soil.

Inquiry #5: Regarding Inquiry #2 Response: as a typical example, refer to plan 165 shows 6 ea and sheet 190 shows 2 ea.

Regarding Inquiry #3 Response: as typical example, refer to plan sheet 164. Pole and equipment schedule only requires the PPBA Post as new ("N" noted) with the rest to remain existing and the drawings show different.
