Inquiry #3: Per sections A-A and B-B on E-30 it appears the wireway extends the length of the bridge on the upper and lower lines, starting on the San Rafael side of the bridge and extending to the Richmond side of the bridge. However, surveying the site it appears the wireway on the San Rafael
side doesn’t start until just before Pier A (mile marker 278.5) for the upper level, and just before Pier 8 (mile marker 286.5) for the lower level.

Please confirm the existing raceway location from mile marker 250 to 287(is there existing conduit poured into the concrete barrier, or is there existing conduit run below the deck?). Please also confirm armored cable is not required if in conduit (per notes 12, 13, 14, and 18).
