Inquiry #2: On Sheet Q-1, there is an area from PM 14.29 to 17.14 that shows no cold planning nor HMA Type A, but falls within the area of the typical section that shows .25' cold plane and .25' HMA, with GPI. Are we just overlaying this area as per the typical section for PM 0.0 to 11.6, or is there an error in the table?

Inquiry #3: Based on the quantities provided on Sheet Q-1, it appears that the tack coat for the Geosynthetic Pavement Interlayer is included in the quantities for "Tack Coat" and will be paid under bid item #24 - Tack Coat. Please confirm that this is the case.

Inquiry #5: The plans do not indicate variable depth cold planing and paving. Please consider allowing this. Without variable depth, it can only be expected to match the existing roads smoothness.

Inquiry #7: Spec Section 83 states that we are to identify posts longer than 6' by painting 2 inch tall numerals on them. There is no bid item identifying that posts longer than 6' are required. Please add a bid item for longer posts if they are required. I know almost half of what is currently in the ground is longer than 6'.
