Does Caltrans want to up date the GR with steel posts and how do they want to pay for removing all the concrete Veg control that is there now?

Inquiry #2: Section 84 of the project Special Provisions call for .100 mil application for the Thermoplastic Stripe but the plan pages are identifying the striping as Enhanced Wet Night Visibility which is applied at .090 mil. Can Caltrans please clarify and issue an addendum as to the correct thickness desired and if it is to be Enhanced Wet Night Visibility.
