FHWA Commitment to Review Timelines
Following are FHWA review/ transmittal/approval processing time durations for NEPA documents and represent date of arrival for processing and date of FHWA review/transmittal/approval letter. Actual processing times will be monitored through the FHWA/Caltrans Document Tracking System. All submittals to FHWA will have been processed in accordance with Caltrans District Quality Control process and must be complete and ready for FHWA review.
