I-5 Managed Lanes
The proposed project is to construct one additional carpool/express lane in each direction from Genesee Avenue to Manchester Avenue on I-5, as well as two carpool/express lanes in each direction from Manchester Avenue to Vandergrift Boulevard/Harbor Drive in Oceanside. Construction of this project is estimated to create between 59,000 and 81,000 jobs.
