Caltrans 2015 Availability and Disparity Study – 88A0101
BBC Research & Consulting, Caltrans' Disparity Study (Study) consultant, continues to gather anecdotal evidence, i.e. personal accounts and perceptions of incidents – including incidents of discrimination.
Public meetings to obtain verbal testimony were held throughout California in early November. If you could not attend the meetings but are interested in providing testimony, please e-mail your written testimony to: Caltrans.2015Disparity@bbcresearch.com. You may also forward your testimony via US Mail to Caltrans Disparity Study, OBEO, 1823 14th Street, Sacramento CA 95811 or via fax to Caltrans Disparity Study at 916.324.1869. (Your personal information will remain confidential to the extent permitted by law.) The deadline to submit testimony is March 15, 2016.

OJT Supportive Services Contracts
Caltrans has awarded contracts for the 2016 National Summer Transportation Institute (NSTI) Program to two host sites: California State University, Los Angeles, and San Jose State University.
The purpose of the NSTI Program is to promote greater awareness of career opportunities within the transportation industry among disadvantaged and at-risk middle and high school students. Curriculum includes classroom and field activities in the science, technology, engineering, and math fields.
