Plan was submitted? (Changes include kinds and quantities of materials disposed in landfills.) Diversion of recycled materials to(MRF)materials recovery facility. Atoll 30.90/tons & District office complex 18.70/tons of commingled recycle materials for a total of 49.60/tons from blue recycled bins. Tonnage determined by receipts: 46.55/tons of metal to salvage yard. DGS STD152 property survey report was used to determine 7.1/tons electronic waste. | |
| 3. | Summarize what waste diversion programs were continued or newly implemented during the report year. We have continued at past levels of waste diversion, in recycling, and occasional procurement of recycled products. We have included green building requirements in some of our new service contracts and capital improvements. Waste diversion programs were documented by actual receipts from service contracts district wide. Disposal Figures were taken from contract invoices on Trams & SCATS. We purchased a black plastic and blue plastic recycling bins for collection in office hallways. Waste evaluations and phone surveys were conducted with staff from service contractors & invoices. Property re-utilization: we continue to reuse conventional furniture in our construction RE offices, and reconfigure existing modular furniture in our district office complex. Online forms continue at our district 5 website for repairs, carpool requests, access control, and key issue.

generation and extrapolation, actual disposal weights, or actual recycling weights) Tonnages were determined by: 15,063.31/tons diverted by weights on CEM-4401 solid waste disposal and recycling reports. 3,283.39/tons trash disposal determined from service contracts: 05A:0772;0898;0901;0922;0923;0925;0928;0932;0937;0946;0979;1002;1004;1051. Also three Adm3015`s contracts under $5,000. 46.55/tons Salvage Yard METAL was determined by weights on receipts from five different salvage companies. 7.1/tons of Electronic waste was determined from STD152 property survey reports. 0.21/tons of beverage containers taken from scholarship fund purchase receipts. 1.8/tons of Business source reduction taken from recycled printer/toner cartridges; paper towel orders; and recycled storage box inventory. | |
