You need to know the bid opening date to locate a file.  All files names in the bid summary archive have the following format:

            YYMMDDRX.doc
            YY is the year
            MM is the month
            DD is the day of the bid opening
            RX is the revision for that file
            "doc" extension signifies a Microsoft Word document.
