Local Assistance Procedures Manual--LAPM

This manual describes the various procedures required to process Federal and State funded local transportation projects.

Please be aware of revisions to the content of specific chapters, according to the LPPs referenced below. The LPPs are made available for historical reference and download of inserts for existing hard copies of the Manual (originally released in February 1998 and reissued in January, 2006). The Publication Distribution Unit has been supplied with the updated LAPM incorporating the most recent LPPs issued.
