FormsPLUS 6.08 Download

FormsPLUS contains nearly 200 forms and exhibits from the Local Assistance Procedures Manual (LAPM) and Local Assistance Program Guidelines (LAPG).

New versions of FormsPLUS are issued when new forms are created or old forms are updated in the LAPM or LAPG.

Local Assistance Program Guidelines and Procedures Manual updates are issued by means of Local Programs Procedures (LPPs), from Caltrans Division of Local Assistance, Office of Procedures Development and Training. LPPs are distributed by mail in hard copy form to manual subscribers and are also posted on the Local Assistance web site along with updated versions of all affected chapters.

FormsPLUS 6.08 add five forms from Chapter 6 of LAPM and modified 10 forms based on new released LPP 08-02.

FormsPLUS 4.03 is an interim version of FormsPLUS. It saves data from previous versions (4.02 or lower) so that existing project data can be transferred to any new version (5.00 or higher).
