Project Report with Final Environmental Document

The Project Report and Initial Study with Mitigated Negative Declaration/Environmental Assessment with Finding of No Significant Impact are complete. The project is now in the Design phase, with construction planned for 2015.

Draft Environmental Studies

We have completed the environmental studies for this project and the results are explained in a report called a Proposed Negative Declaration and Initial Study/Environmental Assessment. If you would like to comment on the findings of the study or make any other comments on the project, please submit your comments in writing between July 27 and September 24, 2012 to CALTRANS, 855 M Street, Suite 200, Fresno, CA 93721, Attention: Scott Smith. Email comments may be sent to scott_smith@dot.ca.gov. We will also have a public hearing/open house on Tuesday, August 7, 2012 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 at the Lee Vining Community Center, located at 296 Mattly Avenue in Lee Vining.
