Q3) Can you please look at the options that have been listed for the alternative temporary crash cushions in the specials. It seems that these would be permanent alternative crash cushions that are shown. Is the states intentions for the temporary cushions to be installed in a permanent manor? If not will an absorb 350 or equal be sufficient enough for this item?
