Inquiry 1.) In the Line Items for the Project it states that a Plant Establishment Period is included, however there is no reference to the length of the Plant Establishment Period, only a minimum Bid Amount of $70,000.00. Can you Please Clarify the Plant Establishment Period for the Project?

Response 1.) Refer to Addendum No. 1, dated 07-17-2017 and page 11 of 14 (DFG 1602 permit). “three (3) years”

Inquiry 2.) How many and what type of Construction Signs? Listed as a line item, but not shown on plans.?

Response 2.) Please refer to the Shoulder Closure Detail, on 2015 Standard Plan Sheet T10 “Traffic Control System for Lane Closure on Freeways and Expressways”, for estimating any anticipated signs that will be needed for work on shoulder.

Inquiry 3.)Is there on-site water to tap-into with the new temp. irrigation system we would install? Or does water have to be brought in from off-site/other sources?

Response 3.) No on-site water to tap into.

Inquiry 4.) Could you extend bid date to Thursday

Response 4.) No extension to the bid opening is being proposed at this time.
