Q1) The "General Bidders Instructions/Checklist" states
Bid Proposal. Complete and sign Contract Sheets 230, 231, and 232 and return in the enclosed envelope.

When looking over the bid proposal forms I can only find Contract Sheets 229 and 230. Can you tell me which forms are pages 231 & 232.

A1) The titles of the 3 pages (2 forms) are as follows:

Contract Sheet 231 - Bid Proposal For Unit Bid Items Page 1 of 2 (ADM-1509)
Contract Sheet 232 - Bid Proposal For Unit Bid Items Page 2 of 2 (ADM-1509)


Q2) Why does the general bidders instructons/checklist require three pages be returned as the bid proposal when the bid proposal states it's two pages?

A2) The General Bidders Instructions/Checklist is correct - 3 sheets, pages 230, 231, and 232 must be returned. The file is very large, and often when bidders download the package, the page numbers do not match up with the hard copy file.
