A1) Bid item 070013, "Small Business Utilization Report" is a fixed price item. Do not alter the quantity, unit price or item total on the bid form. Include the item total in your total bid. The Special Provisions describe the requirements and payment for the Small Business Utilization Report.
Q2) Can sceening be kicked off to shoulders.
A2) Yes, but only in areas where there is no dike, and sweeping to the shoulders in Environmentally Sensitive Areas is not allowed. Excess screenings are to be picked up in those areas.
