To reserve a space for a site tour, contact the District 4 Duty Senior by e-mail or complete and submit the form below. The District 4 Duty Senior e-mail address is
Duty_Senior_District04@dot.ca.gov. Please indicate the date of the tour you wish to attend and the number of persons attending.
The following is the site tour itinerary:
- 9:00am - Meet at the parking lot by the Caltrans Public Information trailer, located 311 Burma Road, Oakland, CA. (see
Google map (approx. location))
All visitors must check in and get visitor badges at this location prior to the start of the tour.
Visitors will be given a brief description of the project site and safety instructions. It is anticipated that the round trip will take an hour.
ALL VISITORS MUST BRING THE FOLLOWING SAFETY EQUIPMENT (Caltrans will NOT provide these items):
- Hard hat
- Safety vests
- Safety footwear
SAFETY RULES
All tour attendees must sign the Release Form prior to the start of the tour. Also, KFM/KPC require that visitors to the work site sign a release form.
