Interstate 580 Scofield Avenue and Western Drive
Bridge Decks Replacement Project
There may be a few construction activities in the next few months, but the project is in winter suspension until May 15. The contractor will finish paving and striping activities in the late spring or early summer.
Caltrans has reopened the right shoulder for bicycle access. The bike shuttle is no longer in service.
This is an active construction site and the 45 MPH speed zone will be enforced by the California Highway Patrol. Drive cautiously through the construction zone and leave a safe traveling distance between your vehicle and the vehicle ahead of you. Please remember to “Slow for the Cone Zone.”
