Route 12 Laguna de Santa Rosa Project
On Monday, July 11, Caltrans will begin pile-driving for the new foundation of the second half of the new bridge. Work hours will be Monday through Saturday, July 16, from 7 a.m. until approximately 8 p.m. This work is expected to be complete by Saturday, July 16, but could continue into the week of July 19 if necessary. Pile-driving is a noisy operation and depending on your location, residents and businesses may notice increased noise during this work. All work depends on weather conditions and will be rescheduled if necessary.
Future construction activities include:
- Construction of second half of bridge
- Opening new bridge to traffic
- Establish landscaping
- The week of June 22 the contractor will begin pile driving for the new bridge. The work will continue for about three weeks from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday.
- Pile-driving is a noisy activity. Residents and businesses may notice increased noise.
If work is delayed due to weather conditions, it will be rescheduled. Please drive cautiously through the construction zone, leave a safe traveling distance between your vehicle and the vehicle ahead of you, and Slow for the Cone Zone.
