Butte 70, 99, 149 and 191
Caltrans is currently upgrading State Route 149 in Butte County to a four-lane expressway and constructing interchanges at the State Route 70/149 and State Route 99/149 intersections and reconstructing the State Route 70/191 intersection. Construction is expected to be completed in late 2009.
