Filing A Claim Damage With Caltrans
If you believe you
have a claim for $5,000.00 or less against Caltrans,
District 3 (which includes Butte, Colusa, El Dorado,
Glenn, Nevada, Placer, Sacramento, Sierra, Sutter, Yolo
and Yuba Counites), you may use the form and instructions
available for download below. If your claim is for an
amount greater than $5,000.00, please call the Victim
Compensation and Government Claims Board at 800-955-0045
or check their web site at
