Big French Creek

This project will widen the Big French Creek Bridge and upgrade bridge guardrail.  The project is located in Trinity County on State Route 299 near Del Loma and is scheduled for construction in 2012.

Minnehaha Creek Bridge Replacement

Bridge work replacement on State Routes 3 north of Weaverville, in Trinity County at the Trinity River Bridge and at the Minnehaha Creek Bridge has started and will continue to the fall of 2012 . The project will improve the pier foundations at the Trinity River Bridge and replace the Minnehaha Creek Bridge. The approximately $4 million construction project was awarded to Golden State Bridge Inc. of Martinez, California.

Swede Creek

A $1.3 million project on State Route 299 in Trinity County approximately 8 miles east of Burnt Ranch from 0.3 miles west to 0.2 miles east of Swede Creek Road will begin in Spring 2012. The project was awarded to R. Brown Construction of Willow Creek and will improve super elevation and widen shoulders. Up to 20 minute traffic delays can be expected.
