Ramp Closures Scheduled For Special Events Thanksgiving Morning
SAN DIEGO – The southbound Interstate 5 (I-5) off-ramp to North Coast Highway/State Route 76 in Oceanside will be closed Thanksgiving morning from 6 to 8 to accommodate a special event.
According to Caltrans, the Quince, Richmond and Robinson Street off-ramps from northbound State Route 163 (SR-163) will also be closed Thursday morning beginning at 6:30 with all ramps reopened by 9 for a special event in the Balboa Park area.
Signs will be placed in advance notifying motorists of the closures.
