Prospect Avenue Closed For Two Nights

SAN DIEGO – Prospect Avenue will be closed between Graves and Magnolia avenues on Wednesday and Thursday nights from 9 until 5 the next morning according to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans).
 
The closure will allow highway construction crews to pour concrete for the new bridge that will connect northbound State Route 67 to the new eastbound SR-52 lanes that are under construction.

Signs will be placed to alert motorists of the closures.

The work is part of the SR-52 Sunny Side Gateway project that is scheduled to be completed by spring 2011.
