Caltrans Extends Length of SR-67 Night Closures
SAN DIEGO – Work continues on State Route 67 as crews prepare to place overhead signs and install metal beam guard rail as part of the SR-52 Sunny Side Gateway Project. Highway construction crews from the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will close all lanes of the highway between Prospect and Woodside avenues Monday through Thursday evening between 9 and 5 the following morning.
One hour earlier at 8 each night, the northbound Bradley Avenue on-ramp and Prospect Avenue off-ramp will close along with the southbound Magnolia on-ramp.
In addition, on Monday evening Graves Avenue between Pepper Drive and Prospect Avenue will close at 9. On Wednesday and Thursday evening at 9 all southbound lanes between Mapleview and Winter Gardens will close. All closures are scheduled to re-open at 5 the following morning.
