Closures Tonight on State Route 905

SAN DIEGO –There will be construction activity tonight on the State Route 905 (SR-905) Project, including the permanent closure to the left turn lane on northbound SR-905, according to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans).

A full closure is planned on Otay Mesa Road in San Ysidro between Harvest Road and Sanyo Avenue from 9-11 p.m. for restriping work.

A second full closure will take place on northbound SR-905 between Otay Mesa and Siempre Viva roads from 11 p.m.–5 a.m. There will be a one-lane closure on southbound SR-905. The northbound SR-905 left turn lane to Airway Road will be permanently closed.

A detour around both closures will direct motorists to use Enrico Fermi Drive to Siempre Viva Road to northbound SR-905 or the opposite for southbound traffic.
