Two Southbound I-5 on-ramps Closed Sunday Morning

SAN DIEGO – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will close two ramps to southbound Interstate 5 (I-5) near the communities of Clairemont and La Jolla Sunday from 5 to 11 a.m.

Caltrans crews will close the connector ramp from westbound State Route 52 (SR-52) and the La Jolla Parkway on-ramp for pothole repair.

Motorists on westbound SR-52 will be detoured to northbound I-5 to Gilman Drive/La Jolla Colony Drive then back on southbound I-5.
