Transportation Concept Report (TCR) is a planning document which describes
the Department's basic approach to the development of a given corridor.
The TCR is a preliminary planning phase that leads to subsequent programming
and the project development process.
Because Transportation Planning is such a dynamic
process, many of the Transportation Concept Reports included here
are in the process of being updated. The information contained in
the Transportation Concept Reports was current at the date of creation
of the documents. Please contact kim.sturmer@dot.ca.gov for information regarding the current Transportation Concept Report
