the needs of the Contractors who bid on our Projects. Caltrans District
11 Construction Department will post all of the questions submitted by
any of the contractors that are registered Planholders for that
Contract,
but reserves the right to not answer any questions deemed
unsatisfactory
for public viewing.

to do the final posting by 15:00 on Wednesday prior to the bid opening.

Question= There is no provision for temporary traffic control (Krail, crash cushions/Absorb system) for the median work at PMs 9.33 and 10.85. It will require a matter of days to demo, prep grade, pour the slab, cure time, and install new Alt Crash Cushion Systems at these locations. Please advise how we are to address the temp TC system.
