Question= Why has the bitumen
ratio variance been changed to +/- 0.30%? Why has the bitumen
ratio variance been changed to +/- 0.30%? This is tighter that
the standard of +/- 0.50%, tighter than the QC/QA requirements of +/-
0.45%, and is tighter than your own tests can accurately measure.
Is there a cost savings involved with this tighter requirement or some
other controlling factor? Please clarify.
