Caltrans Director Will Kempton visited District 7 on June 21 and 22, taking the time in between other business to engage with employees in two informal question and answer sessions.  The director was relaxed and candid in his replies. District employees welcomed the opportunity to make suggestions, which all received thoughtful responses.
