The draft document was publicly noticed Saturday May 21, 2005, and was circulated for comments until July 7, 2005. A Public Hearing was held June 23, 2005 at the North Monterey County High School in Castroville. All comments received during the comment period are included, and have been responded to, in the final environmental document, Volume II.
