State Route 82 Rehabilitation Pavement Project: Sidewalk and curb ramps closed on Northbound State Route 82 El Camino Real at Embarcadero Rd. and between Encina Ave. and Medical Foundation Drive in Palo Alto

Caltrans D4 SR 82 Rehabilitation Project ADA Repairs map showing project location on ECR at Embarcadero Rd. in Palo Alto Santa Clara County ― Caltrans crews will continue to work on northbound State Route 82/EL Camino Real (SR-82/ECR) as a part of the SR-82 Rehabilitation Pavement Project at Embarcadero Road and between Encina Ave. and Medical Foundation Drive in the city of Palo Alto. The overnight work will begin on Monday, May 6 to Friday, May 10 starting at 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM, the following morning.

Construction activities will include removing and replacing concrete at driveways, sidewalks, and ADA ramps to improve the existing infrastructure on SR-82. The work will be conducted overnight which may cause some noise in the area.

Residents and the traveling public will have limited and/or restricted access to sidewalks, curb ramps and several driveways while this work is taking place.

Motorists are advised to expect delays and allow extra time when traveling.
