California is taking action to reduce barriers to broadband access and adoption, and adopting measures that will ensure that State policies will continue to evolve in response to ever-changing conditions in the technology marketplace.

Using this website the broadband providers may collaborate on projects, sharing construction costs when they wish to build in the same area.

By requesting a user id and password the broadband providers will receive updates about upcoming state projects in which they may become involved and will also be able to collaborate with each other.
