This site will display realtime freeway speed data for metropolitan areas of California where data is available (indicated in black on the map). Netscape Navigator 4.06 or Internet Exporer 4.0 or above are required.

0 - 20 MPH
20 - 35 MPH
35 + MPH
no data

Instructions:

	Click "ZoomIn".
	Click and drag on the map to select a rectangle.
	Click the "load" button next to "Show Traffic".
	Click the "load" button next to "Show Highways".
	Moving your mouse over data points will display details about that location below the applet.
