How do these early adopters influence other consumers vehicle purchases?

  • Motivations: Why have some people bought PEVs? What are the reasons others have not?
  • Socal Movements: How is the word getting out? Is information flowing from early plug-in buyers to the far more numerous consumers who have not yet purchased one?
