The scope of this plan is to describe how DRI will conduct business in the future. This includes developing and/or revisiting the following items:
- Purpose Statement
- Services Offered
- DRI’s Uniqueness
- Goals
- Objectives
- Performance Measures
- Action Plans
Not included in the scope of this plan is the development of DRI’s Strategic Research Plan that will describe what types of research the division will be studying in the future. The Strategic Research Plan will address how the research selected specifically meets Caltrans’ five goals.
