Task Description

This task is to evaluate the business case for the implementation of IAPT tool. The scope of work for building the business case will include the following: users needs assessment, product definition and analysis, market analysis, evaluation of laws, regulations, policies requirement and State's role, cost and benefit analysis, financial analysis, risk analysis, and pilot testing with one MPO.

Task Objective

To evaluate the business case for implementation and analysis of deployment/tech transfer options.
