Adelanto Junction is a stop for Amtrak California Motor Coach service connecting Amtrak California's San Joaquin trains in Bakersfield with stops in the high desert area northwest of the City of Los Angeles including Mojave, Lancaster, Palmdale, and Victorville.
Since January 16, 2007, this stop is located at the Adelanto Marketplace Shopping Center on the NW corner of Palmdale Rd (State Rte 18) and US 395. As are all Amtrak California Motor Coach stops in the high desert, this stop is not staffed by Amtrak. Thus, no ticket, baggage, or package express service is available here.
