What we do
We provide technical support for the Statewide Model and the California Motor Vehicle Stock, Travel and Fuel Forecast (MVSTAFF) report. As with all studies and reports, questions come up about how the data were collected and reported. We provide information about the origin of the reports and possible ways to use the information with the customers' particular problems in mind.
Our MISSION
Our mission is to provide a prompt response to any questions our customers may have about the Statewide Model or the MVSTAFF and to be helpful and responsive to all of our customers, both within State agencies and our partners outside of the state.
Product Performance and Reliability
We are always striving to provide the best possible product. With frequent requests for model output, we are constantly checking the quality of data and surveying our customers to determine their satisfaction and the performance of our data.
