- Where can I find more freeway data? The Freeway Performance Measurement System, PeMS, is a real-time Archive Data Management System for transportation data. It collects raw detector data in real-time. It stores and processes this data and provides a number of web pages that engineers can use to analyze the performance of the freeway system. In order to access this information, you will need to set up a username and password.
