Amend Resolution BFP-00-09 to reduce the number of work elements for this project from five to two. The $675,000 of Proposition 116 Bond funds to the Town of Tiburon will be used to construct the new ferry plaza and to make improvements to the ferry arcade. This amendment deletes the Fountain Plaza, bus stop and pedestrian access elements from the project.
